they were goofing around and trying to punt each other laughing thier ass off in TeamSpeak. Devin didn't aim for you he WAS gonna punt tyson over the berm he was on but he just happend to get in the way

Even if you "say" he was aiming for you Tyson, doesn't mean he shouldn't get banned. The Ban Court is here for every little reason people go goofing off around the track, even if your trying to hit your teammates you will still get in the way. Also, it's not really a coincidence that when Lucas and Devon crashed, Devon got right back up and went right into Lucas. He should be banned for this, especially since it is a qualifying server.
Sorry Devon but it is rules.
Kind of seems like all the JAG | Motosport guys are trying to back up Devon, too. Hmm
