I banned Jared Siedhoff UID 5078 for 5000 minutes tonight. Others let me know to go in and watch and I saw him waiting for the leaders and deliberately going over inside berms (one Daytona) slowly crossing to the far outside and brake checking. Intentions were 100% to ruin others races. Then waiting another whole lap to do it again.

I trust your judgement. I won't count it towards his total but a 3.472 day ban is fine with me.

If you need to actually see it for yourself JLV. Was about 4 races in a row of nothing but cutting the track/waiting for people to punt. Here's two of them.

I think the one I watched was New Orleans. If anything that one just proved his innocence. He rode like an ass but he was racing.

This is not racing. You dont accidentally run into that many riders in one race. And this was multiple races. I mean, ill go on if i need to.

Since Checkerz kicked him from daytona, ill atleast upload that one as well. but there were more races between ^ and daytona where the same stuff went on.

I agree he's acting like a jerk. If any marshals want to kick him or give him 1 day bans for it it's OK with me. I'm definitely not OK with becoming the judge for when a takeout is excessive though.

Out of curiosity jlv, have you ever considered putting together a 'jury' of non-biased, trusted members of the community?

I'd prefer zero bias for the stock and sx servers. (I might not be zero bias but I'm as close as you're likely to get.) If the rF guys want to issue the bans for 19802 I'd be happy with that.

I'm as unbiased as it gets, except for my cat. He is a bit more unbiased than me, because he's a cat.
