UID 956 Cutting Several Times

1.This kid was pretty much in my way throughout the beginning of the race so I passed him about 3 times us both going down due to him checking up or slowing down in front of me. He then cutting the track heavily to take me out around lap 3.
-He started to stop and wait for me as well as cut through each part of the track and wait till I was coming by to pull out in front of me.
-Bottom line is he cut the track multiple times to hit me after I pretty much clipped him 3 times because he would slow down in front of me. He would only pass me back after I went down until after lap 2 where I started to pull away.
