If people like Gustavo didn't run their mouth in the servers and say stupid crap like this people wouldnt have to put it in the ban court. It's plain rude and un-called for regardless of his reasons. It's a public server where children are playing Tom, I'd like to see you say this when your kids are sat playing a video game and they get people talking like Gustavo! You think it's ok to wish death on someone?

Not that it matters, but even after getting really upset with people making fun of Juan's crash the week after his incident, looking into setting up a pay-pal for him with rF (but not being able to announce it because that was the week I wasn't there for the stream and had to go fix my GF's car last minute) and everything else, Juan was telling me he was going to kill me and Gustavo just last night, so I don't really mind people talking about him and his crash that way anymore, considering he is now making death threats on other people
