i just got onto the elsinore.mxsimulator.com:19802 server , and 2nd lap holden cote just appears onto the triple where i land , he continues to cut the track the whole race trying to take me out - him being on lap 1.

From this demo you can see that he intentionally tries to take me out ;
- He cuts the track
- He is on lap 1 for over 60% of the race
- He is just a danger on the game.
