Incident occurred in 19803.
His Uid is 8079, #70 on a Yamaha
Started before the gate dropped, he was sitting sideways on the line and T-bones me when the gate drops, whatever.
We got into each other a couple times, but was racing and unintentional on both parts as far as I could tell.
Later in race while being lapped he starts his crap with intentional takeouts, still no cut.
At 6:30 is when he cuts the track to take me out. I really wasn't going to post because it's only 03, but he continued his antics the following 3 races, so here we are.

If I am totally honest, this guy will be banned for a couple of rounds of the GP's... He was being a complete idiot last night too where I had to kick him from race 1 and remove him from race 2.

Well, I'm not sure of where this will go, but this might be the direction.

His UID will still be 8079, so any bans that were on him for other servers will stay in effect. The next time I have to ban him it will be permanent.

hes honestly an idiot , when you're trying to lap him he dosen't slow down he goes flat out and when you pass him he launches you off the track. off the start 3 races in a row he just t-boned me off the start and rammed into me when i was on the ground

Well maybe you can update the community on what is a "big" enough cut. This guy starts his shit at the start of the race, intentionally ramming and shit and finally cuts to take someone out again. Then the following 3 races he continues his demolition derby approach until he eventually calls it quits for a day and leaves the server. The guy is an ass and is always pulling shit like this. You say you don't want to start making calls on what is excessively rough passing and what not so you limit bans to cuts and demo derby. But apparently there is a standard to what is going to be considered a cut? Pretty retarded.
