This kid was in 03 spamming chat, and I kept telling him to stop spamming and shut up. He continued to spam and be annoying. Someone else said something about a lemonade stand so he changed his name to somthing abotu that, then joined back and continued to spam chat and I told him to shut up again and he put Gunar Fagler | GFix Designs in his name and continued to spam chat. Resolution I seek, perma muted, and have his name set to where he can't change it. His real name is Riley Pxleitner.

When i was talking to gunar last night and he asked me too post this for me, he said that he joined and Riley started talking crap, because a while ago, Gunar told him he was going to put him in the ban court, but couldn't because he was banned. Riley was just trying to get him fired up and then he went too far with the name change thing.
