Description: Atom Holm | JAG Army can be seen calling me out on in chat about "retards", my speech and past events i have been involved in (coma). The word "retard" in general means a lot more to me than majority of other people and was very uncalled for. I know it is a word thrown around a lot which is cool and i dont take offense to but the fact he incorporated it with other things (coma and speech) it is many more times more powerful.
I realized what I said was totally uncalled for and just messed up. I apologized to Korey right after this. He and his friend Bailey took me out a couples times (the race before or the race of the demo) which had me a little bit frustrated because I was trying to get some laps in for RF tomorrow (technically today) if I can even race it now, before I went to sleep so I was tired and grumpy (which you can see some of my spelling errors) but still was unnecessary for me to do. I never knew anything about Korey actually being in a coma and makes me sick to the stomach to actually know he was in a coma and that I was saying what I said. I realize me writing this isn't going to help anything but I just want the people reading this to know... Words can't explain how disappointed in my self I am. Sorry Korey I promise this won't happen ever again and I hope you can forgive me...
(IMO) I'm pretty sure Atom knew he was in a coma because of he's reply " Why do you talk like you've been in a coma for 7 years? " You wouldn't just say that, you would say " Why are you talking like a retard? " or something of that nature. So I do believe that, that apology isn't from the heart. (AGAIN THIS IS MY OPINION)

He was fully aware and i don't for one second believe him when he says he had no clue.

He may be lying about one thing but i do believe he is sorry. Although does a court of law let someone off for murdering someone simply cause they said sorry? no? maybe they might give him a little less time, therefor I would still like to continue you with my case jlv. Not that it means much but Atom was in ts when he wrote that and I told him that Korey did have an accident and Atom's response was "Oh shit really?" He definitely didn't seem to know about the accident or didn't remember. But yeah, Korey does have the right to continue with the ban. Just thought I would throw that in there.

but right after this incident he come in teamspeak raging, loosing his plot making a total dick of himself saying things like (quote atom) "This track is F'ing retarded like it creator" i would reply with something like "Relax atom its a game" and he would continue making a fool of himself with his final words being and quote him again " STFU Korey, go back in a coma you retard and ban me i don't care" (i presume he meant teamspeak ban) leaves ts. After this i think he went and talked to you guys as must have relised he screwed up and come back in our teamspeak trying to smooth things over. Although his word choice (coma, speech etc) does make me wonder if it really was a coincident as he was as on point as root in the washougal 250 class.
I am going to leave it here and leave the decision up to jlv as i would rather not drag this on nor turn it into a much larger deal than what it is.

It may be a big deal but it bulls*** that he would make fun of our track creator/fellow mxsim rider about being in a coma. That's why I am on top of this ban post because (I have nothing against Atom) I do think something should be done.
I made my self look stupid, I've made my team look bad and regret everything I said that night. Some people told me to watch what I say in chat and to not even type in chat and I should have listened. I wish I could just go back in time and to not have said anything but life doesn't work that way. I need to make whats wrong right but I feel it is nearly impossible in this situation or will take a long time to. Nobody is perfect but what I did was way out of line and I deserve what JLV gives me as a punishment. Korey doesn't deserve to get hated on by the tracks he makes or even the way he talks. I should be the last person to make fun of the way someone talks.. He should get respect for making tracks used for RF. Even if they aren't the best, you still have to give a person that makes replica tracks credit for trying because it can't be easy and for them to devote there time for something with a little reward or big to some people.. I don't know much about the people in sim personal life I don't think I should, but I know now to just let it go even if I'm mad at something about the track or people punting me because what I might say could possibly be true (like in this case). No matter what I say I know it won't help the situation much but I want to say I have learned from this and feel terribly sorry about what I said to Korey and put my team through and this won't happen again...
