banned from vix.flowtechmxs.com:20255 server for no good reason

I was playing on this server, and I was minding my own business and moving over for other riders even though I was in warm up mode most of the time and I don't know why but I was permanently banned from this server and I have never been banned like that ever. I always keep to myself and just focus on trying to learn and get better. I have been really trying to put in the work and getting gate drops is what I need and getting banned won't help that, and I really like the tracks they have on that server. Please can someone unban me, or if y9u know what I did wrong, then please tell me so I can learn what I can't do on public servers. I'll probably get my own sever sooner than later so I have control of tracks and be the server for guys who want to take MXS and progressing in skill seriously. I want to eventually start racing AMS or Novice. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me understand what happened to have this ban be put on me. I am sorry if I got in the way or cause a ruckus, I was only racing myself and in my own race.
