Trash talking (within reason), taking people out (within reason), and arguing are all Legal. Was he cutting the track and/or waiting for you to take you out? Were they intentional take outs, as in he had no intention of turning? Was the trash talk full of cussing and personal attacks?
If they were I'd suggest you get proof in the form of Screen Shots of the chat, and a demo of the riding.
