Controller sticking??

I have no glue why my controllar is sticking.

I downloaded the links that I need but it sticks when im playing.

The game and the throttle keeps going when I press it once.

Please help me

I used to have that problem back in the day. That was when I had a crap computer though. I never did find a solution for it

No, it sometimes happens when there is lag, but it never happened constantly for me.
