Downloading skins but they cannot be loaded

You most likely didn't extract the files. Normally when you download something it will have an extension like .zip, .rar, etc. To get the skin from that file you will need a program like 7-Zip. Once you get the file that has an extension like one of the files above (.zip, .rar, etc) you need to open the file with 7-Zip and drag all the contents into your personal folder. If the file extention is .saf you just need to save the file to a place like your desktop, then put it in your personal folder.
