Help with zzz(?) files

So i got this game for mac about a week ago and I'm trying to install skins and tracks. Well i can't the zzz files in my mxs folder, but when i got to my personal folder i can see them, but yet i can't transfer them to my regular mxs folder? Any help would be greatly appreciated

You need zzz files for that?
