new to game

Hello so im new to the game and got my personal folder but does anybody know where i can get the link for the latest models and texturses etc (450''s, 250 2t's) and the textures, ive downloaded the sx125 skins which works fine and ive downloaded Booneville but there are no textures for around the track, is there a pack for models and textures or something?
any help woould be appreciated,
