Bike skins, gear, tracks, and helmets wont show up!!!

Bike skins, gear, tracks, and helmets wont show up!!!
I just got the game again, its the 1.7 version and none of my oustide stuff will show up in the game. I cant even choose it all i have is the default gear, helmets, tracks, and bikes. Can anybody help me?

In a folder i created for mx sim.
