invisible cursor in fullscreeen

invisible cursor in full screen. my stream on discord was super laggy so i switched to windowed and that fixed the stream but when i switched back to full screen my cursor was gone and now it will not come back unless im in windowed mode. ive tried a different snapshot and no luck.

I think there's a menu setting or command for cursor visibility. Sorry I don't remember how. You can navigate with the arrow keys in the meantime.
