New pc, can't get mxs installed

The game won't install on my new computer, the old one had XP and the new one has windows 7. I want to play mxs but I'm not gonna buy a new copy

Are you getting any error messages?

When I try to run the installer a dialog comes up that says it isn't compatible with my version of windows... (or something like that, not sure how to translate it in english )

What installer are you trying to run?

the filename is "mxsimulator-1_4-install"

That error is usually from trying to run a 16 bit exe on a 64 bit OS. The Nullsoft installer that MX Simulator uses is a 32 bit exe so it shouldn't get that error. Maybe your installer is corrupted.
