"client track modified, does not match server track" help

i keep getting that message on thundervalley and the new unadilla when i try and play them online. ive deleted and re downloaded. i also get a bunch of other things like cant load track object....
am i missing some other kind of file? or is this a deal where i need one track to run another and maybe i dont have that track?

Unadilla doesn't rely on any other tracks. The only thing I can think of is if you have the folder inside another folder.
