Decals for track.

I've finally finished the core of my first track just for me and some friends to goon on.
I am trying to add decals and I have run into some issues....
Here's some stuff that may help to solve my problem.

And one other thing I get is an error stating "Warning: Non power of 2 texture 'plane.png'

P.S my track name has a space in it "First Track" I don't know if that's causing an error in the text line or what. If so, is there any way I could change the name?Thank you guys so much for your time.
