Help ME!!!! PLEASE

Hey i just wanted some advice as to why my skins got really blurry? I dont know if this has happened to anybody but i went on one day and my skins were extremely blurry i messed with my settings nothing budged, went on the next day and they were back to normal, then the next day they went blurry again. Not sure what happened but i was wondering if i could fix any of this.

The setting for that is "Model Texture Detail" in the advanced graphics settings. Most graphics driver's control panels have texture detail settings too.
