Ghetto Comp help
As some of you may know i used to play this game a lot, then my graphics card burnt out and i got a new one, equal to the previous. I could still play mxs well, and online, but then i wanted to get some better games so i got a better graphics card. I bought mw3 and it kept crashing my computer. To fix this problem (and other problems as the comp was running like shit in general) I wiped everything off of the computer and reinstalled windows. this fixed my problem with mw3 but that is super laggy and therefor sucks to play online. I also got 2 more gigs of ram. I now cannot play mxsim online. it is way too laggy. I have no idea what to fix. when i go online my offset bounces around from about 70 to -30 but thats about all. any ideas to help

another thing i should note. i can play with pretty much full graphics alone on the sx tracks. as soon as i go to time trial my ghost will completely destroy my frame rate. graphic settings dont seem to effect anything

Whats your card i got the gtx 560 and had the same issues cause mine was a 1024mb card. I was loading at massive amounts of texture memory online and offline by myself i could play. Jlv told me to lower my model detail down one from 10 to 9 it made a huge difference.adhkcrfhonda wrote:another thing i should note. i can play with pretty much full graphics alone on the sx tracks. as soon as i go to time trial my ghost will completely destroy my frame rate. graphic settings dont seem to effect anything

Re: Ghetto Comp help
Try going to your Nvidia control panel and disable vsync. This helped my framerate a ton.
