Making a EU server

Well Maniacs has a few European guys on the team. We want to set up a EU server. We have a server and we can race the stock tracks. How do we start the server, stop the server? Can someone explain how to change, restart or do anything through this website? http://ccool4.me/

nice ryan, i rented a server on ccool4.me and it runs now, but i need to know how to change stuff tru the admin part of the website for my server, how to stop/start the server and that, cus when i go to the admin page and go to the file manager, if i click the .exe or other stuff, it just wants to download that to my pc instead of running it in there. any help will be appriciated alot

Get skype and ill help you, i just set up my own dedicated server.

my skype doesnt work because... Idk why to be honest... I use my phone as my internet right now. But i think our guy figured it out. Thank you for offering to help though.
