HELP! How to skin
Is there a topic on the forum somewhere that tells you what programs you need and what you have to do to make a skin? like a step by step tutorial? i feel like i have seen it on here before so i searched for a little bit and came u with nothing so here i am. If there isnt a topic can someone please tell me what i need and how to do it?
