Share with us in detail what steps you have taken to make a track with photoshop and we can help from there. Without knowing what you've tried nobody will know what exactly you need help with.

no sorry i didnt make a track i mean when i download tracks and the files are photo shop files not saf files they dont work.

So, you have a .psd file with a track in it that you want to make work?
