Highpoint qualifying

Hi...on 2 computers i have downloaded and tried to join the qualifying servers for highpoint. I have tried all 3 severs and all of them say either cant find the track....or cant resolve address.....i really cant figure this out can anyone help? I have downloaded the track and can race it on my local thing...but it wont let me connect to the qualifying servers.
