Try selecting the compatibility settings in the graphics menu and restarting the game.

If it doesn't work on the compatibility settings you should try updating your graphics drivers. What graphics card are you using?

When you go to the graphics menu, does it say "Current Settings: Compatibility"?

Try going in the advanced settings and setting "Enable Ground Mipmaps" to "No".

When you check the advanced graphics settings, are "Ground Mipmaps" set to "No" and "Terrain Rendering Method" set to "Software"?
