You created a subfolder in your personal folder for what? That is your problem. The game doesn't know to look in the subfolder "track" and stops there. Take everything out of those folders and it should be fixed.

ok so i took everything out of those folders and just let them all sit in the personal folder. i had them in there for organization but if the game cant identify them then ill take them out. now that i have removed them all and have them sitting in the personal folder im still have a problem with the track being all white

It is obviously still in a sub folder
Click on the track you are having problems with and it probably has another folder named te sxact same thing
Put that folder directly in the personal folder
