Secret Menu??, Endos, Bike Skins and Car park track?

So, I'm new to the forum and I just upgraded to the full version of MXS after playing the demo for months.

I like doing stunts like backflips, frontflips, wheelies and endos. Don't ask why but I just enjoy doing them. BUT Now I am on the full version I have noticed something. The bikes don't endo as in the back wheel doesn't come up when you brake hard on the front wheel. I was wondering if this could be something to do with the 'Secret Menu' that I have been hearing about but I have no idea how to get into? If anybody could help me with that it would be great.

Also Half of the 250cc bikes, the 350cc bike and all the 450cc bikes have no skins. Just wheels and its really weird to play with.

I used to practice my stuns on the outside of the map on Rabbit Hill where the grass was still grippy but in the full game they have make it the texture with no grip at all. If anybody knows where I could find like a flatland or car park or street map it would be great.

Check your "stop wheelies" setting. The secret menu was outed a long time ago and is now the advanced stability setup menu.
