no decals folder for editing my tracks

ok so i have a problem my friend was on my computer looking at the track that i had been working on forever and he said there was some stuff that i dont need in my personal folder and he deleted my decals folder and its not in my trash can is there another was to do decals to add different terrain for my track or another way i can get a new decals folder

You had a folder in your personal folder called decals? Did you just link the decals form that folder, in the decals file for whatever track you're working on? Or is it just a decals folder in one track folder?

If it's not in your recycle bin you're pretty much out of luck for recovering it, you can find a lot of decals around though. Try these links:
