Invalid key

So i was playing the other night (not online)and i got off then tried to play online tonight but now it says invalid key. I have all the emails and i looked for a fix and i see most of the reasons are because they are disabled because of multiple people being on the account but i don't even know anyone that plays this game. Any help Jlv?

I checked the key server log for your IP address and found 2 attempts to connect with a UID of 0. That means you either didn't enter your key or you have a typo in it (i.e. "This key looks bad").
