why can't i play online?

i have a question, yesterday i want to play online and i download the track and al that stuff. but when i tried to connect this is what happend:

but i cant find my password , but i have al the papers that i bought the game... and my new email adress is dion_huybers@hotmail.com so maybe there is a option to send it to that email adres?

Yea if jlv wants to give you a free copy then there is. Just do a password recovery on the old email.

yeah i can do that but i think it is easier to send me a new email to my new adress becasue i watch every day if there is a mail, and every email is send to that email adress.

The problem with sending the key to different addresses is anyone could obtain your key by just asking. It's true that sometimes I can verify your identity using other means, but with the amount of requests I get all I would be doing is playing internet detective all day. There really are people trying to scam keys all the time.
