Running low settings and my game is starting to lag again
My fps are fine, but lately in the rF events my game has been glitching out where everybody else is going invisible, then sometimes it will make my throttle stick wide open and sometimes my brakes will lock. I don't know why it's doing this but I think it's been like this since the latest snapshop. Even if I'm not running terrain shaders will it still make my game slower?

I doubt it's the snapshot but you could try testing an older version to be sure.

I get similar things sometimes. Also it misses shifts when it's doing that, and when it gets really bad the suspension action starts to get screwy, to where you can see it in a demo.
Mine is almost always when some background program fires up, like Java update or Adobe update or Apple update or windows update... If you go through and end a bunch of the processes you don't want running it might help. Some of them will start back up though unless you go in and set them to never check for updates automatically. The other thing that was screwing with my controller response was the jumbo-tron thing in some of the stadiums. For whatever reason I get a split second delay when the screen switches pictures.
If you find a better fix let me know, it gets really annoying in traffic
