New Shaders?

Can someone give me a link to the new shaders. If searched and can find the. A quick link would be nice. Are they in the new update? If so how do u use them?

The New shaders are Norms and specs maps to your texture. Only a little couple of tracks have the new shaders, to see they go to Graphics/Sound Setup then Advanced Graphics Setup and change your Terrain Rendering Method to Shaders/Direct or Shaders/copy

I just got a new comuputer and my other computer couldnt handle shaders soooo i fixed it on my new one. But thanks.
