Okay, this may be a loaded statement, but I have a relatively old tower from 2007 running Windows Vista on it. I'm not currently using it due to it crashing last week. I used to be able to play on high FPS settings with a 40 man gate relatively small lag.
Recently it has crashed, and it will no longer start up windows. It says "due to a recent hardware change windows has failed to start" and then the computer shuts down.
I'm sure most of the components are fried right now, but I'm just wondering if I should just buy a new pc, or rebuild the current one.
The processor is absolute garbage, it's a AMD Athalon 64 x2 4400.
The GPU is also trash, it's a NVIDIA GEforce 6150se.
Any suggestions?
Rebuilding my computer.

Everythings good except that video card, call em up and see if you can do an upgrade, I wouldn't spend that kind of dough for anything less than 2gb gpu which I think you really need minimum for these new tracks and the overall direction this game is going. That PC's processor and other specs are fine.
