Rider Classification

Hi guys, im relatively new to MXS (Nov2012) and have heard some heated debate over the 19801custom server regards to rider class.
just so i know could somebody please to detailed rundown of the rider classes just so i know what "level" im at if you see what i mean.
for example:

A Class: Pro
B Class: Semi-Pro etc
i really dont know how this works so im just guessing here.

Pro Class: Pro
A Class: Semi Pro
B Class: Amatuer
C Class: Rookie
