.saf files! HELP PLEASE!!

Post by motokid499 »

hey guys, ok so say i want to download a jersey. in my personal folder it shows up as a .saf file normally. but say i want to edit it with gimp or something, what do i do if its a .saf file? i cant edit it, theres no picture.... but that cant be possible, otherwise there would be no skin. My question here is, how can i add names and numbers on to bikes, jersey skins that are .saf files, if i cant, can i change the file type? if so, what to?
PLEASE help me, thanks guys!!!

No. You can not change the format of something in a saf file the only thing you can do is rename it if you open it with notepad++ people put things in saf files so people cant edit them like you could with a psd or png and cant rip people's gear bikes etc, so the only way you can put your name number or whatever on something is if it's a png or psd file. Also another side reason of making something a saf so you don't have to have all kinds of png skins in your personal folder not even that just on your pc in general but main reasons for this case (Mx Simulator) its so people don't rip things and all the other things i said
