I need help with downloading tracks !!

when i download a track it and i play it, it just has a outline and the mud is blury, also there is no banners or anything. do need to download something for the track ?? please help i really want some new tracks

when i download a track the tracks blurry and i cant see banners , hay stacks , stands etc. also it dosnt let me use shader something and says its unavailable. i haven't got a clue what to do so can someone help me.

is there a link i have to download for the graphics to make the tracks work. i need help badly.
