I was wondering if I could put my game and reg key in on another computer at my house for my friend to use on my own server...I own the other computer and he will not be taking the game or the reg key from my home... just for use to play while he is staying the night.

If you're expecting to both use the same key you're going to be disappointed. If you have two keys it will work fine.

Yes, as long as you both have unique keys it'll be fine.
