Will a new CPU improve loading time?
i currently have an Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo
E7400 @ 2.80gz
i would like to get either a i3 3220 or a Core i5-3570K
Just would like to know would it improve Sim massively?

Well it depends on your graphics card. If you have an older low power one then you wont notice much of a difference but if its newer then the 3570k should really help out.

Also if you don't have a graphics card I would suggest getting the i5. It is ideal to play games with some sort of graphic processor but if you don't have one Intelsat integrated stuff with the i series is pretty good.

I'm not sure if this applies to the newer chips, but the older Intel GPUs had horrible OpenGL drivers. There's a good chance you'll wind up in compatibility mode.
