Wineskin on Mac PS3 joystick help!

I recently have switched from crossover to wineskin because crossover was $60 and I didnt want to pay. I have the game up and running with all my skins and tracks added in wineskin but with my controller I can not get my ps3 sticks to have the gradual(smooth control) controller instead it wants to act like a button as an on off switch(way less control). In cross over it allowed me to do this fairly easily by deleting the sticks all together in controller mate and just had the other buttons mapped out. But in wineskin it will not recognize them for anything.
Please help if you can.

I use wineskin and didn't installed any graphics and I can do that with my PS3 joystick.
