Lags when mouse moving

Hi I latly get huge lags when ever I move the mouse in games.
This happens in some games (not just in MXS) but even If I am in the menu moving the mouse I get horrible lags.
I havent changend anything on my hardware. Here is my rig:

Win 7 64bit with SP1 and all latest drivers
AMD HD 7870 driver package 12.104 and Catalyst-Version 13.4
Intel i5 3450 with latest driver
16gb Ram
Rush fireglider Mouse with latest driver. Also switchting the USB port and using a different mouse does not help.

I hope someone can help me out

Have you tried uninstalling the mouse driver?

I did not think this was necessary because i even switched to a complitly different mouse i have never used before. Well i ended up deleting my harddrive and reinstalling windows. I still have no idea what caused the problem but its gone now. Thanks for your help though
