Getting a new computer; Need advice

Post by mxsrider96 »

Okay, so I went to iBuyPower and began designing a gaming desktop. So far, I have an $1100 computer that can run Battlefield 3 at Mid graphics. Is that good enough to run a 40 man gate with good FPS (like 40+) or a 20 man Supercross race with Shaders also at about 40 FPS? I've been forced to race at less than 20 FPS, so 40+ FPS would be a gift from God for me

Giving us a price is hardly enough and at over $1000 it should run Ultra. Can you be more specific of what it is and whats in it?

Well I think I got it to run ultra now, but it is AMD FM2 A-Series APU which includes:
Basic Sound Reduction
AMD A10-6800K APU (4x 4.10GHZ/4MB L2 Cache) processor
16gb Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 2GB EVGA FTW Series Video Card
600 watt Standard Power Supply
1 TB Primary Hard Drive
And I changed the graphics card from what I had before to the NVIDIA and it now runs Battlefield 3 at max, so am I getting a good deal at $1329 before tax and shipping?
