Race Factory Sign-Up Problem

Okay, so I got on Race Factory Gaming and I was going to register, but after I entered all of my information, it said that my UID had already been used, but I've never registered on the website before. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

Someone may of registered using your UID, or you typed your UID in wrong.

Double check your UID by going into a multiplayer server and typing server, listplayers find your in game name or number, find the ID section and it should be a four or five digit number, for example, mine is 2535.

Yeah I did that but it's definitely the one I had..

Contact racefactorygaming and ask them to sort it out for you, that's really all I can think of.
