Game stops answer when I try to join an online server

Like the topic says, my game stops answer when I try to join an online server, anyone knows what's wrong?

does it say "disconnected"? you may not have the track which the server is currently running. find out what track is running and download it, if not then im not sure. maybe the server is closed?

Everything is fine, the server is up, I have the map etc. Sometimes it works but mostly it freezes and I have to restart it.
