winwar and winzip

hey, I just had my winrar trial expire, and I don't know what to use "that is free" to open up my files when I download any gear, bikes, or tracks.. I have tried multiple times to redownload it. it still won't let me. And I had already had this issue come up with winzip, that is why I went to WinRAR. any suggestions of free 'FULL' winzip or WinRAR downloads? because I can't download any skins or tracks at the moment.. :(
