Putting chest cages over gear?

I really love the EVS F1 by P2sta and would love to chuck a set of One Industries gear underneath, my rider would literally be me(just the looks of course haha). But I have honestly never modified my own gear or bikes, I was just wondering if someone could possibly give me a quick step by step on how to do the above. Thanks alot guys
