Help With Skinning Gear

Ok, so I just started skinning, before you say anything yes I did look up tutorials. I looked at almost all of them, be in mind im using Photoshop CS5, and I got my name and number on the 2014 Alpinestars Techstar gear, and im pretty sure I named it right but it still shows as the default skin. Please somebody help me.

Do you have the Jm's? And did you save it as a PNG?

yes I have the jms and I did save it as a png.

Did you name it correctly? Try that if its not that it has to be the jms, rename if you have to to what ever your saving it as
