AI won't ride
Can anyone tell me how I can get the computer to race against me on custom tracks like the 2013 Supercross tracks? They go down the start straight then just stop and sit there.

You have to train them. Go to the target on your mx sim shortcut and type --practice then run 2 laps on each gate that you plan on using AI for

Re: AI won't ride
--practice isn't needed though it will help the AI become faster. Just riding clean laps will 'record' your lines on a track between timing gates. If you fall then either that lap or the previous two gates are erased, can't remember which. Its also important that you ride like the AI would, the AI can't do scrubs or square up turns, make the lap as smooth and as straight as possible so the AI will consistently make clean laps. Once you are done making your laps the AI will have plenty of lines to choose from (40 gates, you ride every 2nd or 5th gate = 8-20 line choices per lap) putting --practice in the target will have the AI try each line out and figure out which is the best way to get around the track. If this isn't a track you made don't worry about this step but if it is one you've made making the timing gates slightly wider on the outsides of turns, if I remember correctly, helps the AI out as well as it gives them a higher chance of still going through the gate and speed up the process of getting back on line quicker.
