Whacky steering

Hey guys, I seem to be having really bad steering problems, and I can't figure out how to fix it. Almost every corner my bars likes to fork and crash me, accelerating out of a corner it does it as well. Also when I hit ruts it does it bad, it's holding me back a lot unfortunately. If my setup is needed I will post it. Thanks for your help.
