graphics card help!!!

hello today my problem is graphics Ive tried about every thing i have a Geforce 760 graphics card and it should destroy this game but its not i get massive lag spikes in 02 and just riding alone in single player, and i don't know my problem Ive tried installing new driver to.

Is it just this game you get lag spikes with? or other games too? And when it isnt lag spiking, what fps are you getting? what graphics setting do you use? if custom, give rough idea where it is max/min. Also your processor could be choking the game. It doesnt matter what graphics card you have, you need decent processing power. What processor do you have?
